The purchase of what is requested is possible in the following ways:
- ● By sending the order, the customer sends Vigiani srl a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 DL 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Vigiani srl, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
- ● Vigiani srl reserves the unquestionable right to accept the customer's purchase proposal.
- ● Available products – Vigiani srl will verify the actual warehouse availability of the requested goods and the customer will be able to view the assignment of the products in the dedicated "Account" area. Since access and the ability to submit "ONLINE" orders changes product availability in real time, Vigiani srl does not guarantee the assignment of the ordered goods until the order itself is visible in the "order status" area. .
- ● Products not available or on the way - Vigiani srl gives the possibility to order products that are not available or on the way, committing to forwarding the order to its supplier. In this case, Vigiani srl will process the order, communicating via e-mail the estimated availability time of the product, as indicated by the supplier. If the products are not available on the scheduled date, each party is entitled to withdraw from the order only for the unavailable products, unless a new deadline can be agreed upon, always based on the availability times estimated by the supplier.
N.B. The order is processed only when all the requested products are available. Therefore, partial shipments are not made unless requested by the customer. Vigiani srl reserves the right, before shipping the goods, to request any information needed to verify the accuracy and consistency of the shipping data indicated in the customer's order.
Vigiani srl will then deliver what has been requested to the express courier responsible for carrying out the delivery to the indicated address.
Cancellation of orders

The right to cancel the order is precluded to the customer in the event that the goods have been expressly ordered by Vigiani srl from its supplier or in the departure phase, i.e. already packaged and invoiced.
Delivery of goods - Check the goods when they are delivered
Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is at street level. The cost for "floor" delivery varies based on the product, the facilities available in the building and the delivery area, therefore it must be requested in advance from Customer Service.
Upon delivery of the material by the courier, verify that:
- ● The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document.
- ● The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.
- ● The transport document, contained inside the package or in the appropriate envelope applied to the outside of one of the packages, or delivered by the courier, must be kept.
- ● The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier.
- ● In case of non-congruity of the goods, all possible costs for reinstatement and/or replacement are borne by Vigiani srl
Check the package carefully upon receipt. In the event that the package is dented, wet or presents any other anomaly (e.g. package closed with courier tape) it must be reported immediately on the courier's bulletin indicating: subject to inspection of the goods and important, describe the external damage. Without this indication we will not be able to activate the insurance procedure for compensation for damages in the event that the product inside is damaged when the package is opened.
Return or replacement of products
We will accept the return or replacement of any item no later than 30 days from the date of sale shown on the receipt or invoice in perfect condition, intact, working, resalable and returned in its original healthy packaging, replacing the item or crediting the entire amount, with the exception of transport costs which are not refundable.
Exemption of Liability
Vigiani srl will not be responsible for direct or indirect damages that the Customer may suffer in relation to the use of the purchased products, including damages resulting from loss of data or delivery delays, or due to causes of force majeure, as well as in the event that the product does not may be subject to maintenance and repairs after the end of the warranty. If this problem exists within the warranty period, Vigiani srl may at its sole discretion replace the product with another different model but with similar or superior technical characteristics.
